It's hard to believe it's already 2022. The past two years have flown by and the future shows no signs of slowing down. If you want to be successful in 2022, you have to put in the work on things that matter. I hope you created your yearly plan this last week or you're already behind the curve. And I REALLY HOPE you're training today... The first of the year is not a day off. It's a day to put in work. I have a challenging leg workout on the books today. I hope you're not. Don't sit around waiting... MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN. I hear this from people every year... "I can't wait for this year to be over." Or, "I can't wait for the new year." For me, I believe in having a very high work capacity across a wide range of movements, skills, and abilities. Survival mindset type stuff. What's the point of...

It's been a while, but it seems like I mention Wim Hof multiple times per year now. If you don't know who that is, he's known as "The Ice Man." He holds 21 world records, has summitted Mount Kilimanjaro in nothing but shorts, and stood covered in ice for 112 minutes... And he credits all of this to a particular breathing technique. It's so remarkable they've done research about how this technique functions in the body, and even discovered that participants who performed this technique after being injected with an endotoxin were able to control their sympathetic nervous system and...
